The brief
Build a regulated UK payment intermediary serving the Africa-UK corridor
HBF is the payment management subsidiary of Hawkish Group — a UK-registered intermediary that sits between clients and the payments they need to make or receive. The brief was to build the complete product: brand identity, website presence, client portal, mobile app, admin desktop, partner portal, compliance infrastructure, and FCA SPI application strategy. Two directions — pay on behalf (outbound) and receive on behalf (inbound) — and three markets: B2C individuals, B2B businesses, and B2B2C white-label partner organisations.
