The brief
One platform replacing eight disconnected tools
Most businesses run 8–15 tools that do not talk to each other. Finance in Xero. Projects in Trello. HR in BambooHR. Communication in Slack. Bexora is the answer: one login, one ecosystem, all nine functions with shared data and shared workflows. The brief was to design the full product architecture, brand identity, and phased development roadmap — and to deploy the initial infrastructure before first external clients.
