USMAN OYEBODE AYANKOYA
Global CEO Hawkish Group / FinTech Accountant

Usman is originally from West Africa and was inspired by the challenges posed by the vast social, cultural, and economic differences between the African and European experiences. He founded Hawkish Group upon his arrival in the United Kingdom and helped it grow to its current size. Usman is a brilliant and resourceful leader who is committed to excellent delivery on every project that the team handles. He is also very vast in accounting, technology, management consulting, aeronautical engineering, forensic accounting, among many others. All of this has aided him in rapidly expanding his business. His formal education includes a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, and Technology from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Integration with SAP ERP technology from Brunel University. He currently heads The Hawkish Group's Accounting Department and manages the business affairs of various Start-Ups, Entrepreneurs, Small Businesses, and Medium-Sized Enterprises.

Meet Victor Abolaji, a graduate of the Faculty of Law, from the prestigious University of Ibadan, and a Bar II aspirant of the Nigerian Law School. He is a writer with 3 years of excellent experience in the art of conceptual writing in both corporate and lead generation marketing and advertising including Web, product, social and search media, and promotional copy. He has a great ability to think decisively, strategically and execute projects creatively. He is result oriented and has garnered numerous experiences working cross-functionally in SaaS workplaces. Wisdom is an exceptional brand designer with quality experience in helping startups and existing businesses to define their brand identities that positions them for opportunities. He helps brands grow their clientele base giving them an amazing brand feel through its looks and perception. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from the Ken Sarowiwa Polytechnic. He has the responsibility of identifying, developing, captivating and scintillating ways of portraying the brand, and also ensuring that the brand guidelines / architecture for every communication are not compromised through visual designs, product design, motion graphics, etc.
