This course covers the immigration process fundamentals across history, role of adviser and helping your clients to make application and advising your clients on what type of application and selection of the right forms. During the 6 weeks course, the student will be in charge of drafting legal documents, be exposed to online application forms, be trained on how to use technicality to solve clients problem, learn how to prepare clients care letter, learn how to advice clients, learn how to cost each application , be able to choose the right case studies to solve clients problem, be able to apply for entry clearance visas, be able to make leave to enter and leave to remain application in the UK, be able to learn how to apply for Tier 4 student visas, you will learn how to apply for PBS visas for investors. You will learn how to pass the level one OISC exam should in case you want to set up your own firm.

At the end of this course, you will know how to solve clients’ problems using Laws, immigration rules, policy and regulations. You will be able to use the right application form to apply for leave to Remain or Enter on behalf of your client. You will be able to advice your clients.
